iPad Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

This competition is run by Spark: Learning Adventures, a sole proprietorship based in South Africa ("Spark", "we", "us").

2. The Prize

One (1) Apple iPad (A16) with a recommended retail value of R7,099.

No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable. Spark reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the specified model becomes unavailable.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• South African residents only
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
• Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of at least one child aged 6–10 (Grades 1–4)
• Employees of Spark: Learning Adventures and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter

By entering, you confirm you meet all eligibility criteria above.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on 11 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 SAST on 17 May 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.

Spark reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period. Any changes will be announced on our Instagram page (@spark_learningadventures).

5. How to Enter

To enter you must complete ALL THREE of the following steps during the competition period:

Step 1 — Sign up to the Spark Private Beta waitlist

at sparkwli.online/#beta. You must provide your full name, email address, number of children, and each child's grade.

Step 2 — Follow the Spark Instagram page

Follow the official Spark Instagram page (@spark_learningadventures).

Step 3 — Tag three (3) friends

Tag three (3) different friends in the competition post on the Spark Instagram page. Each tag must be a genuine, active Instagram account. Multiple entries are permitted but each set of 3 tags counts as one entry. Tagging the same accounts repeatedly does not constitute additional valid entries.

Incomplete entries — missing any of the three steps — will be disqualified. Spark reserves the right to verify completion of all steps before confirming a winner.

6. The Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date of 17 May 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random method. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at beta waitlist sign-up within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, Spark reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

The winner's first name and province will be announced on the Spark Instagram page (@spark_learningadventures) once confirmed.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to a South African address provided by the winner. Delivery is at Spark's cost within South Africa. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible. The winner must provide a valid physical delivery address within 5 business days of being notified.

9. Privacy and Data

Personal information collected during this competition (name, email address) will be used only to:

• Administer the competition
• Contact the winner
• Announce the winner's first name and province on Instagram (@spark_learningadventures)

This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at sparkwli.online/privacy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We will not use competition entrant data for marketing purposes without separate consent. Beta waitlist sign-ups are subject to the separate terms of the waitlist at sparkwli.online/terms.

Entrant data will be deleted within 90 days of the competition closing date, except for the winner's details which are retained for 5 years for prize fulfilment and financial record keeping.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this competition. All competition queries must be directed to hello@sparkwli.online and not to Instagram or Meta.

11. General Conditions

• Spark's decision on all matters relating to this competition is final.
• Spark reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or violates these Terms.
• Spark reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Spark's reasonable control affects the integrity of the competition.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
